Join Our Team as an Accountancy Associate Director

Beeby Anderson Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to take on the role of Accountancy Associate Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing the business and services, managing client requirements, and leading a small team of digital engineering and sustainability consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use your initiative to drive business growth and development
  • Accurately interpret client instructions and lead multi-stakeholder discussions
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely completion and crisis management
  • Identify and lead on business development opportunities
  • Deliver high-quality BRUKL reports and energy strategies
  • Conduct NZC/Energy audits and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) planning
  • Perform Life Cycle Assessment calculations and hold relevant certifications
