**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Systems Lead to join our team in London. This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems, passionate about sustainability and the Net-Zero challenge.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the delivery of multiple projects across various development stages (focused on RIBA Stage 0-4).
  • Collaborate with the wider operations team to apply feasibility and robust design principles to decarbonisation projects.
  • Lead the development of initial strategic concepts for decarbonisation, on-site generation, and energy efficiency projects.
  • Prepare technical and project documentation to support project development and construction phases.
  • Provide advisory support during handover stages of projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong consultancy experience and/or excellent technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
  • Proficiency in producing technical specifications, including energy conservation measures, concept designs, techno-economic analyses, feasibility studies, procurement, and project implementation plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage mixed-discipline engineering teams.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and/or Python for creating complex calculation models.
