Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Development Manager to join our team at Tetra Tech, Inc.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects and liaising with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams across the company. You will also work closely with our Senior Project Management team in London to develop objectives and agree ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage JCT and NEC 3/4 contracts ensuring compliance with the terms of the contract
  • Monitor financial performance throughout the project and prepare reports for stakeholders
  • Develop and disseminate a stakeholder management and communications plan to meet the objectives of the project
  • Manage the change control process in line with the contract conditions
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working on complex infrastructure projects including residential sectors
  • Nec 3/4 accredited preferably and experience with JCT form of contract
  • Past experience of managing multiple projects with a keen interest in developing skills in scheduling and project management
