About the Job:
This is a Full-Time, permanent position, offering a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UK payroll processes, tax regulations, and pension legislation, and excellent proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Key Accountabilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll for UK employees
- Submit Real Time Information (RTI) to HMRC
- Manage End of Year processing, reconciliations, and P60 issuance
- Calculate statutory deductions and administer employee pension schemes
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll regulations, tax laws, and pension auto-enrolment
