About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Director to join our finance team at TWI Ltd. As Head of Accounting and Finance Operations, you will be responsible for building and working with our international finance teams to ensure audits are progressing timely, drafting and shaping accounting policies, and providing technical accounting advice on key transactions or changes in accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and shape accounting policies, with recommendations and improvements as required due to accounting standard changes or updates.
  • Provide technical accounting advice on key transactions or changes in accounting standards.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, accounting, and auditing. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Salary: £63,917 - £84,844 per annum.
