Job Title: Multi Skilled Plasterer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Plasterer to join our Repairs & Maintenance team at Rochdale Boroughwide Housing.

About the Role

As a Multi Skilled Plasterer, you will be responsible for undertaking repairs and maintenance works to our property portfolio to ensure our homes are safe and secure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake repairs and maintenance works to our property portfolio
  • Work at heights, using ladders and/or scaffolding, and in confined spaces
  • Manage and plan a varied workload with competing demands
  • Participate in the emergency repairs call-out service (working outside normal hours as and when required)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving license
  • A strong customer focus
  • A recognised Plastering qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ
  • Previous experience of working within a repairs & maintenance service, preferably relating to a domestic property portfolio
  • Excellent multi-trade ability, knowledge and experience and a willingness to apply these attributes to the requirements of the RBH repairs & maintenance service
