Support Staff Member for People with Disabilities and Mental Illness

At Inspire, we are dedicated to supporting individuals with mental ill health, intellectual disability, autism, and addictions to live fulfilling lives. We are currently seeking a qualified Nightshift Support Worker to join our team at Jean Todd Close in Antrim.
This is a rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. As a Nightshift Support Worker, you will work closely with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing emotional and practical support to service users
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
- Encouraging independence and promoting self-advocacy
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong understanding of mental health, intellectual disability, autism, and addiction issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary of £19,000 - £21,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
