Nursery Deputy Manager Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager to join our vibrant and dynamic team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the manager in delivering exceptional childcare services to our patients' families.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in childcare management, including experience in managing day care settings and knowledge of Ofsted welfare requirements and inspection procedures. They will also have excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with others, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the manager in developing and maintaining high-quality childcare services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective communication strategies to promote partnership with parents
- Monitor and review childcare standards and policies to ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
- Collaborate with the management team to deliver the strategic plan and participate in local service reconfiguration

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
