Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to promote health and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Registered on the NMC register as an Adult Nurse.
