After-School Club Lead Opportunity

Supply Heroes is seeking a highly organized and passionate individual to lead our after-school club program at a vibrant primary school in Stirchley, Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive clubs during term-time, inspiring learning and fun for children.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of after-school clubs, including scheduling and staff management.
  • Liaise with schools to arrange and manage after-school clubs, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication.
  • Oversee staff management, providing support, guidance, and direction to ensure clubs run efficiently.
  • Engage in school outreach activities to establish and schedule new after-school clubs.
  • Ensure the school operates at the highest standards in terms of health and safety, safeguarding, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community, promoting active involvement in children's education.
Requirements:
  • Level 2/3 qualification in Child Care/Early Years Education/Teaching Assistant (minimum)
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Proficient in using computer software for administrative tasks
