Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the European Energy and Utilities division for Higher Group, a rapidly growing brand with a strong presence in the Energy, Utilities, and Engineering landscape.

This role offers a unique opportunity to scale the division quickly, with an immediate budget to hire and a significant client book to inherit from day one.

You will be responsible for managing the team, working directly with the CEO to drive growth, and overseeing the development of the EU Practise.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Energy, Power, Gas, Water, and Telecoms sectors, with a track record of strong billings and a willingness to learn and grow.

What's on offer?

Up to £70k base salary, 5% overrides, and 45% commission. Performance-based promotion to Director, unrestricted access to a huge database of candidates and clients, and a lucrative LTIP with serious wealth creation potential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the European Energy and Utilities division
  • Scaling the team to 10+ heads by EOY '25
  • Working directly with the CEO to drive growth and development
  • Managing the client book and developing new business opportunities

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in the Energy, Power, Gas, Water, and Telecoms sectors
  • A track record of strong billings and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Management experience is not necessary, but a management course will be provided
