The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy, manage training and development programmes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You can expect a competitive base salary of £45,000-50,000 and a 10% bonus.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing a robust talent management framework
  • Overseeing the development and delivery of training and development programmes
  • Creating a people strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Providing strategic HR guidance and support to the senior leadership team

You will also benefit from enhanced annual leave, a 4-day working week (Monday-Thursday), private medical insurance, and pension contributions. To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong experience in developing talent management strategies and training/development programmes
  • Proven leadership skills in managing recruitment and HR departments
