Sales Team Development Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Conveyancer or Estate Agency Sales professional to fill the position of Sales Progression and Compliance Trainer with our client in the property sector.
As a Sales Progression and Compliance Trainer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills of the Sales Progression and Property Sales Administration Teams. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying training needs and developing tailored training solutions.
You will deliver comprehensive training programs on conveyancing, sales progression, and compliance, both individually and in groups. Continuous monitoring of team and individual progression will help evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
In recognition of your hard work and dedication, you will receive a Basic Salary of £30-35K and an estimated earning potential of up to £45K through a monthly commission and bonus structure.
A range of benefits is available to employees, including further education and training opportunities, onsite parking, and social events. A Company Profit Share is also part of the package.
