Inventory Coordinator

Ion Beam Services is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Stores Person. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date stock records, ensuring efficient stock management, and providing excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Unload and receive deliveries, and book them in promptly.
- Process customer orders, both domestic and international, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Support our engineering projects by providing timely access to required parts.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements:
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items.
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Sage and Kardex or similar store management systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and support ongoing engineering projects.
