Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all front of house operations, including catering and hotel dining areas
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising front of house staff
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food production and ensure timely delivery of meals to occupants.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a front of house manager or assistant manager in a hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of catering or hotel dining
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food production processes and bartending is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
