Financial Planning Administrator

About the Job:
The successful candidate will work alongside a highly experienced Financial Adviser to provide full administration support. The role involves preparing reports, client letters, and policy information, as well as maintaining accurate client records. This is an excellent opportunity to progress into a Paraplanning role within a reputable financial planning firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package reports to clients
- Preparing templated client letters
- Liaising with product providers and clients
- Obtain policy information, documents, factsheets etc
- Maintain accurate client information and records on the back-office system
- Assisting with annual reviews
Benefits:
- Estimated Salary: £28,000 + Bonus (£3-4k)

Requirements:
- Some experience and exposure to Financial Planning
- Understanding of UK financial planning market and products
- Ambitious individual, ready to propel career
- Ability to work on your own, and as part of a team
