Thales is seeking a highly skilled Materials Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Centralized Discrepant Material Area (CDMA) team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory levels and facilitating the distribution of materials to production work orders and inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze SAP data to support Distribution Operations Process shipments and validate inventory movements.
- Maintain relationships with internal customers to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement continuous process improvement plans and initiatives.
- Interface with receiving inspection, production control, and shipping departments to complete Quality Notification tasks.
- Create Quality Notification Reports using Excel.
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of related experience and training.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business workflows related to a warehouse distribution center.
- Proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
