Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and negotiate with customers to drive sales growth across all sites within the designated area.
  • Customer Engagement: Create and deliver engaging virtual tours of sites and house plots, ensuring customers receive clear and informative presentations about our properties.
  • Process Management: Manage and implement new innovations to optimize business outcomes, effectively manage sales visits, and ensure seamless communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and provide support to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Background: Proven track record of sales success in a customer-facing role, with experience working under pressure and meeting targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, both verbally and written.
  • Property Knowledge: Interest in property and the housing market, with a detailed knowledge of Bovis Homes and Linden Homes sites and offerings.
  • Customer Service Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
