The Recruitment Co is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join their team in Blackpool. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, upselling to grow their accounts, and selling a variety of products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a strong customer base, typically consisting of 50-100 customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Upsell to existing customers to grow their accounts
  • Sell a variety of products and solutions
  • Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, answer enquiries, place orders for customers, respond to emails, send out quotes, and set prices

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
  • Natural sales abilities
  • Technical aptitude to pick up product training and technical information
  • Motivated and driven
