We are seeking a Regulatory Surveyor to join our client's team in Oxford. As a key member of their building control services team, you will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality regulatory services.

In this role, you will provide proactive building regulations plans and site assessments/inspections, supporting clients throughout the construction process. Your expertise will ensure that all projects meet the required building standards, and you will work collaboratively with developers, builders, and other stakeholders to achieve this goal.

Salary: £43,000 - £63,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Requirements

For this role, you must be registered with RIBA or awaiting an interview/interviewed for level 2-3. Relevant BC experience, including plan check and site inspections, is essential, as is knowledge and understanding of the Building Regulations, associated legislation, and construction standards.
