
Surveying and Maintenance Expert

Sanctuary Group is seeking a Surveying and Maintenance Expert to join our Property Services team in Bristol. As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering quality surveying and capital investment services that respond to customer, organisational, and financial needs within regulatory requirements.
The role involves carrying out stock condition surveys and other property inspections, as well as being involved in disrepair cases, complaints, permission requests, and repairs monitoring. You will produce reports and documentation for work specifications and tenders, and support delivery of the cyclical programme.
- Conduct stock condition surveys and property inspections
- Participate in disrepair cases, complaints, and permission requests
- Monitor repairs and produce reports and documentation
- Liaise with stakeholders and support the cyclical programme
The ideal candidate will have a degree in surveying or a related field, along with practical experience in building and surveying environments. A valid UK driving license is required for company business use. We offer a competitive salary of £41,568 per year, plus a company car.
