Digital Event Planner

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled events professional to help us bring our events to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate a range of events, including conferences, webinars, workshops, and exhibitions.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, and catering arrangements.
- Promote events through email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels.
- Help create marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and online content, to promote upcoming events.
- Responsible for post-event activities, including feedback collection, reporting, and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Manage event registrations, communications, and follow-ups with attendees.
- Monitor event trends and help generate new ideas to improve event impact and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience, including internships, placements, or part-time work.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- A strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Experience with event management software, such as Eventbrite or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, for creating promotional materials.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, content creation, or PR.
- 7.5-hour workdays, with minimal overtime.
