Role Overview

We are seeking an Emergency Contact Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our contact management centre, you will be the first point of contact for members of the public calling 999 or 101.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for handling emergency calls and providing support to those in crisis. You will work closely with our dedicated team to ensure that all calls are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A nationally recognised qualification in emergency contact handling (equivalent to an A-level)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and think critically
