Job Summary
Auxillis is seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Branch Management Team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Service Delivery Drivers to ensure efficient vehicle allocation and utilization.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and customer interactions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics or fleet management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle rental or similar logistics environment is desirable.
