About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Class Education as a Teaching Assistant in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire schools. As a vital member of our team, you will provide academic support to students, working closely with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support lesson delivery and activities, promoting student engagement and progress.
  • Provide one-on-one assistance to students who require additional help, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive learning atmosphere by managing classroom behaviour and supporting colleagues.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and classroom organisation, ensuring a smooth operation.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role preferred but not essential.
  • A passion for working with children and supporting their development is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with teachers and other staff members.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are key in this role, allowing you to thrive in a dynamic classroom environment.
