Literacy Mentor | Primary Role in Education

Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking an exceptional Literacy Mentor to support disadvantaged children, children with SEND, and high-achieving children in a primary school setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with vulnerable and disadvantaged children and a kind and caring personality.
About the Role
As a Literacy Mentor, you will work alongside the EYFS and KS1 Teachers and the SEND team to provide adequate support for each of the students. You will utilise your skills and knowledge to improve children's English and Literacy skills, and have the option to pursue a career in teaching through our school direct teacher training program.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a First-class graduate from a Top UK University with a degree in English, Linguistics, Education or Modern Languages. You will also need to have a passion for working with children and a kind and caring personality. Any previous experience in tutoring or teaching is desirable, but not essential.
