The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on education and laboratory facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing refurbishment and extension projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard. This includes managing the site team, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.


Key Responsibilities:
