Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead our construction site in Norwich.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate site activities to optimize resource utilization and prevent delays;
  2. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations and developing mitigation strategies;
  3. Monitor project progress, detect potential issues, and implement corrective actions;
  4. Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders;
  5. Manage site budgets and resources to deliver projects within agreed parameters;

Requirements:

This position requires:

  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field;
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in the construction industry;
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and direct teams effectively;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the identification and mitigation of risks;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Project.

Benefits:

A competitive salary package, comprising £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience), along with benefits such as pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement. The salary estimate is based on job requirements and location.
