Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Yolk Recruitment Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service delivery strategies to maximize order intake and growth.
- Manage the preparation and development of service proposals, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify business opportunities and develop commercial, financial, and technical inputs to service proposals.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects and services, meeting Service Level Targets (SLTs) and customer satisfaction goals.
- Represent the service development team at meetings and workshops, promoting excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, forecasting future order intake and generating order intake for clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT service management, with a strong understanding of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 3 or 4.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute projects to deliver required outputs.
- Strong bid management skills, with the ability to create meaningful customer-focused offers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- IT literate, with the ability to operate Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
