Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to join our team at Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Ltd. As a Purchasing Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Reconcile purchase orders, expediting open orders, and running stock reports to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Assist in the sourcing of inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and review supplier PO acknowledgements to resolve discrepancies.
- Provide excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient and effective purchasing processes.
Requirements:
- Previous purchasing administration experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £26,000 pro rata to length of contract, generous annual leave entitlement, pension, and on-site parking.
