Office Development Project Lead Job Description

CBRE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Development Project Lead to join our team. As an Office Development Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of large-scale office development projects.

You will work closely with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met. This includes developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing project teams
  • Developing and implementing project plans
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives
  • Reporting to external clients and investors on project status
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Significant years of experience in development and/or project management
  • Proven experience delivering projects valued between £20m and £500m
  • Strong understanding of the UK property market and development regulations

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
