We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Huntress. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of recruitment, including job postings, agency liaison, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate records of employee absences, including sickness records and Occupational Health documentation.
- Process relevant letters for maternity and paternity leave.
- Prepare reports for management as required.
- Collaborate with the Payroll team on issues, queries, and Gender Pay Gap reporting.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and provide administrative support for Grievance/Disciplinary/Appeal meetings.
- Manage employee details, appraisals, work experience placements, policies, and procedure updates.
- Arrange training courses and catering as needed.
- Assist with budget meetings and provide additional administrative support as required.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You will work closely with our experienced HR department to ensure the smooth operation of all HR functions.
We are looking for a candidate with experience working in a confidential environment and excellent communication skills. A CIPD certificate and experience in Training Administration are desirable but not essential. We are open to considering candidates seeking their first HR opportunity.
