About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reporting Accountant to join our team at LADbible Group. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for preparing timely and accurate management accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership of Monthly Management Accounts: Prepare and review monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Financial Reporting: Accurately recognize revenue, cost of sales, and overheads by division, and ensure transactions are correctly posted within the balance sheet and P&L.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other Reporting Accountants to produce consolidated Group management accounts, and contribute to a strong control environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in processes across the Group, and support with year-end and interim audit requests.
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified accountant with a proven track record in preparing monthly management accounts. The ideal candidate will have exceptional Excel skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and take proactive steps to address them.
