Job Title: Front of House Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Front of House Trainer to join our Talent Development team at Townhouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training salon employees to deliver exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and safety procedures.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching and training, with experience in the beauty or nail care industry. You will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, providing tailored training and feedback to help team members develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer service skills, product knowledge, and safety procedures.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to ensure trainees meet the required proficiency in Townhouse techniques.
  • Provide ongoing support and feedback to trainees to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Development team to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.
About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and presentation skills. You should have a passion for teaching and developing others, with a strong ability to work with diverse groups of students.
