Pearson BTEC International Qualifications Trainer

As a BTEC International Qualifications Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive training programs across the globe. Your expertise will empower individuals with valuable skills and knowledge in the hair and beauty industry.

Your Responsibilities
  • Pre-Event Preparation:
    • Engage in in-house briefings to gain a thorough understanding of our courses and materials.
    • Participate in training sessions to develop the technical skills necessary for delivering online events.
    • Practice with resources to ensure full confidence and competence in their use.
  • Delivery:
    • Ensure all objectives are met within the training session, tailoring your approach to suit the customer and environment.
    • Present information effectively, addressing customer queries professionally and efficiently.
    • Manage your time and travel arrangements seamlessly (all travel expenses will be covered by Pearson).
    • Deliver engaging training sessions aligned with regulatory guidelines and Pearson standards.
  • Feedback:
    • Complete and submit comprehensive feedback forms for every session delivered.
    • Maintain consistently high delegate feedback scores within expectations.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in teaching a Pearson BTEC International Specification.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering effective training to adult learners.
  • A strong understanding of qualification and assessment principles.
  • In-depth subject knowledge within hair and beauty to deliver impactful training.
  • Experience in teaching, administration, assessment, or management within the relevant subject and level.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using laptops, internet, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other technologies to enhance training delivery.
  • Ability to manage and develop a diverse team of teaching professionals.
  • A positive attitude towards feedback and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Excellent decision-making and judgment skills.
