Senior MSK Physiotherapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MSK Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health Reading Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. As a Senior MSK Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients, working with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, and ensuring ongoing monitoring of treatment standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based clinical care that is safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive to patient needs.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring of treatment standards and compliance with professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Demonstrate evidence of further professional training and continual professional development.
  • Confident communicator with ability to engage effectively with the general public and other healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent manual therapy skills and competent IT user with strong organisation skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and deal with varied workload in an effective and timely manner.
