Fleet Operations Manager

Our client, a well-established Vehicle Servicing, Leasing, and Hire Specialist, is seeking an experienced and proactive Fleet Administrator to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a driven individual passionate about the automotive industry to manage day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle leasing, servicing, and hire coordination.

Requirements- Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and service schedules.
- Process customer bookings, manage contracts, and liaise with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Monitor fleet performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the vehicle leasing, servicing, or hire industry.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to think on your feet and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Salary: £26,000 per annum.
