Fleet Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Fleet Administrator to join our team at TH Consultants Recruitment Specialists Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle leasing, servicing, and hire coordination.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to think on their feet. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and service schedules, as well as processing customer bookings and managing contracts.
As a Fleet Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries in a timely manner. You will also assist the General Manager with administrative tasks and reporting, and monitor fleet performance to suggest improvements for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle leasing, servicing, and hire coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and service schedules.
- Process customer bookings and manage contracts.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Monitor fleet performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the vehicle leasing, servicing, or hire industry.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to think on your feet and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Salary: £26,000 per annum
