About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our Estates Department in Aberdeen. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing maintenance support services to our hospital and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of various plant and equipment within our healthcare facilities
  • Work collaboratively with our estates team to ensure the smooth operation of our maintenance services
  • Provide support to our healthcare staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in facilities maintenance, preferably within a healthcare environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
