**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional support to customers who demonstrate signs of problematic gambling, ensuring they receive the best possible service while adhering to our Responsible Gambling policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers in Greek, using internal tools to assist and take ownership of customer enquiries.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and escalation of queries where necessary.
- Promote safer gambling practices and apply self-exclusions to customers' accounts as required.
- Deal with responsible gambling queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
**Requirements**
