Job Description:

As a Senior Building Safety Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring safe, secure, and high-quality housing for all residents in Newham. You'll work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver the Building Safety Engagement Strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and enhance the Building Safety Engagement Strategy to meet evolving needs.
  • Act as a liaison between the Building Safety Regulator and internal teams.
  • Support the Housing Engagement team in their efforts to engage residents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building safety or housing management.
  • Strong understanding of building safety regulations and engagement strategies.
