About the Job
The Hatched Recruitment Group is recruiting for a seasoned Building Fire Safety Lead Specialist to oversee the safety and compliance of our housing portfolio. As a respected professional in this field, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing risks.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections to assess fire and structural safety, with a focus on high-rise blocks, cladding systems, and compartmentation. You will also develop and manage Building Safety Case Files and Safety Case Reports, including applications for Building Assessment Certificates.

With your expertise, you will work closely with fire engineers, surveyors, residents, and other specialists to ensure buildings meet safety standards and requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to the implementation of advanced systems for data collection and management, utilizing Building Information Modelling (BIM) techniques.
