Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Educator to join our team at Twin Employment & Training Ltd. as a Permanent Health & Social Care Tutor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality education programmes in Health and Social Care, ensuring compliance with OFSTED standards.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AEB contract delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sector developments and best practices.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Requirements:
  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Qualifications in Health & Social Care at a minimum of L3.
  • Teaching qualification – Minimum L3 award in Education and Training.
  • Familiarity with OFSTED expectations for high-quality education delivery.
