About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Operations Manager to join our team at Butlins. As a key member of our entertainment leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our live shows and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support the technical team to deliver high-quality productions
  • Develop and implement detailed show plans and schedules to ensure timely and efficient execution
  • Collaborate with the director and production team to run technical and dress rehearsals
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Act as a security personnel to safeguard equipment and performers
  • Manage the storage and maintenance of scenery and scenic properties
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
  • Deliver consistently high-quality shows that meet our guests' expectations
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in the entertainment industry, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in stage management and leadership
  • Knowledge of technical procedures and systems
  • Experience of managing a team and leading by example
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Creative skills and the confidence to use your own initiative
  • A commitment to teamwork and a passion for delivering exceptional results
