Job Title: Shift Manager

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday from 08:00 – 16:30 with some flexibility required due to logistics.

Compensation:

The salary for this role is £40,000 per annum, and you will also receive 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of shift managers, understanding their challenges and successes on each shift and providing the necessary support.
  • Mentor and develop a large, diverse operational team, recognising talent and inspiring success.
  • Utilise strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office packages such as Word or Excel.
