About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior General Manager to lead our ecommerce operation in the East Midlands Gateway. As the onsite lead, you will be responsible for all aspects of budget creation and allocation, service level delivery, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead various optimization projects to ensure operational excellence and efficiency
  • Drive a high-performance culture on all sites, ensuring financial, operational, and HSEQ targets are met
  • Implement strategies to form a management team that creates, sustains, and embeds a culture of employee engagement and strong development and succession plans

Requirements:

  • Significant operational management experience, ideally within a fast-paced ecommerce environment
  • Demonstrable experience of building and developing exceptional client relationships
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to create a high-performance culture through coaching and development
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience of leading and motivating large teams
