We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team at Mane Contract Services as a Fabric Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the fabric elements of our stations, ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the fabric elements of our stations, ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, attending meetings as required.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients and introduce new clients to our services.
  • Collaborate with our Asset Pro live reporting system to support our Help desk, ensuring all assigned jobs are completed within the contract SLA.
  • Develop and implement effective project management processes, including the completion of monthly reports for the Contract Manager.
  • Attend training and Health and Safety courses as directed by the Contracts Manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the projects and facilities management sector.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise own workload efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience of the Rail industry, with a strong understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities.
  • PTS (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Recognised relevant qualification (desirable)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Outlook.
