About the Role

The Channel Recruiter is seeking a Hybrid Infrastructure Specialist to join our Technical Pre-Sales team. As a key member of our hybrid infrastructure solutions team, you will collaborate with customers to modernize their infrastructures using performance-driven, secure strategies.

This role involves working with top vendors like HPE, Dell, Cisco, and Aruba to deliver competitive, scalable solutions that meet customer needs. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients design, assess, and implement tailored end-to-end HI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their infrastructure needs and design custom HI solutions.
  • Develop and implement HI solutions using a mix of on-premises, cloud, or hybrid strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and vendor solutions, ensuring maximum solution profitability and technical accuracy.
  • Leverage tools to architect, size, and configure HI solutions, turning basic requests into comprehensive opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Experience in server and data center solutions, understanding of key vendor products (HPE, Dell, Cisco, etc.), and a strong grasp of enterprise hardware and software.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to convert technical challenges into business opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate technical solutions clearly to clients.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical mindset to assess customer needs and translate them into efficient, secure solutions.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 p/a (OTE: £57,000 - £70,000+).
