Job Overview

The Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting the company's financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and legislation, and providing expert financial analysis and insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide budgetary plans.
  • Ensure that all financial practices are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial information and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow, identify trends, and manage financial accounts to optimize performance.
  • Analyze market trends and economic conditions to inform strategic planning and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including banks and auditors, to ensure compliance and optimize financial relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a finance role, preferably within an SME.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical forecasting.
  • High proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
