Franchise Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Sales Manager to join our team at Regus. As a key member of our franchise team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our business centre, focusing on exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
- Promote our centre to new customers and showcase the benefits of flexible workspace.
- Develop and deliver engaging networking events to drive sales and customer engagement.
As a Community Sales Manager at Regus, you will enjoy a competitive salary package, a bright and inspiring work environment, and opportunities for training and development.
We are looking for someone who is a good communicator, confident, and able to build strong relationships with customers. You will need to be an accomplished multitasker, able to pre-empt issues before they become problems, and keep a team motivated and focused on service excellence.
